One year it's been...

A crazy busy joyful year...today this I dream

stretching body verandah snoozing jazz
stereo no tv blaring


all electronics in one place out the door
down garden path rambling footsteps

bye bye big city feeding dreams
bye bye running all around now sitting down
walking wide walk places
writing fixing ambition free from rushing doubt

just being hammock swing
piles of books joyfully dusted and stacked
records playing at all hours
heard from the veggie patch

slowing slowing moments now
no movements but for lung gushing
air gulps of free time
